Public schools and teacher organizations have opened
wide their doors to the philosophies held by the homosexual community and have adopted resolutions that encourage
students to embrace this lifestyle. Consistent efforts are being made to increase homosexual books in
school libraries, curricula promoting homosexuality and weeklong events celebrating homosexuality. Groups such as the GLSEN—the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network— sponsor more than 4,000 “Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual/Transgendered/Straight
Alliance” clubs in middle and high schools across the country.
At the October, 2008 Board of Education meeting, approval was given for
a Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual/Transgendered/Straight Alliance to be established in the Clearview Regional High School District.
Nationwide, parents are fed up with the political
hijacking of their kids' classrooms with no opposing views. What makes it even more problematic is that the results of 'tolerating'
this lifestyle without objection can be tragic for many young people. The risks of homosexual behavior are well-understood
by public health officials, but are being ignored by some politically correct school administrations.
